Carol showed up at my home prepared to earn my business, and she was not pushy. Carol is confident and informed. She sold my house, after multiple offers, in eight days, which is what she promised to do. Additionally, she is an excellent negotiator, and sold my house for thousands over asking price. As a first-time home owner, I found Carol and her team to be extremely helpful and professional! They not only met me after normal business hours to look at prospective homes, but were incredibly responsive after hours via text/email. Additionally, the entire process including mortgage/closing/etc. was incredibly easy to navigate through with their guidance and as a result I didn't need to stress over anything.
